Reactivate.

A platform built as a simple roadmap for reactivating your organisation after COVID19 forced the closure of our clubs and leisure centers. There is alot to be done from preparing your organisations facilities to retraining your staff and developing solutions for the challeneges you face from new restrictions and social distancing. We've done the legwork and brought together practical solutions that you can action, and written up to date instructions, training and cleaning guidlines for your staff.

Raising the Bar.

Raising the bar is an undertaking to identify the most pertinent skill gaps amongst frontline physical activity professionals, in order to inform future training needs and shape our sector’s workforce strategy.

Each year, more and more people across the UK trust health and fitness professionals to help them improve their lives. While the individuals in the industry are doing their best, helping to combat the rise of obesity and illnesses related to increasingly sedentary lifestyles amongst the UK population, there are areas that professionals across the industry are missing. From providing quality support to disabled people to covering skills gaps related to business, behaviour change and socials skills and technology, the Raising the Bar report has highlighted concerns across the health and fitness industry.

Legacy Awards.

The Legacy Awards was an event we hosted to reward those individuals who are passionate about training and making a difference to the industry. Applicants were invited to put together either a written or video submission detailing how they would use the prize to change the fitness industry for the better. Having received hundreds of applications, it was no easy task to narrow down our top finalists.

Once our finalists had been chosen, they were then invited to London where they presented their ideas to a panel of industry experts. The judges included the likes of Tara Dillion, CEO of CIMPSA and Richard Snook, Head of Fundraising and Development at the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust.
