Future Active Workforce works with other organisations to enable us to provide you with the best possible service. These third-party suppliers are considered sub-processors under applicable data protection laws (“Sub-processors”), including the European Union’s data privacy regulation known as the General Data Protection Regulation (aka GDPR).

We have partnered with Future Fit Training who provide us with access to their award winning ProZone training platform and provide Future Active Workforce with expert advice, guidance and content around all elements of training We may share personal data such as Identity data, Contact data, Location data, Marketing data, Behavioural data, Activity data, Exchange data, Technical data.
We pass you data to ensure we are providing relevant service to you.
CIMSPA
We will share personal data such as Identity data, Contact data, Location data, Marketing data, Behavioural data, Activity data, Exchange data, Technical data. As a training provider partner and a partner In delivering specified services, CIMSPA may provide CPD endorsement for the training and manage its implementation.
CIMSPA have commissioned the ReActivate Project. all data in relation to this project will be shared with CIMSPA. Together CIMPSA and FAW are co-data controller and data Processing will be through the subsidiary company Future Fit training. CIMSPA will recive the data used to provide a online training platform which allow the controllers end users to access. This is to allow registration and certifications of the training program for a period of 12 months.
